Simple, three-step process

You don’t need another complicated program. Together we’ll identify your priorities, build a focused plan, and adjust as real life happens.

Step 1
Clarity conversation

We’ll talk through your goals, health history, and what’s feeling hardest right now. You can ask questions and decide if coaching feels supportive.

Step 2
Foundations session

In our first full session, we map your current routines across food, sleep, movement, stress, and relationships, then choose 1–3 realistic next steps.

Step 3
Ongoing support

We meet regularly (bi-weekly or monthly) to troubleshoot, celebrate wins, and adjust your plan so it actually fits your life.

What we might work on together

Every client is different. Some start with energy and sleep; others with digestion or stress. We’ll choose the right entry point for you and build from there.

Food & blood sugar Support energy, hormones, and mood with simple meal frameworks and gentle tweaks.
Sleep & circadian rhythm Create wind-down rituals, light exposure habits, and routines that help your body know it’s safe to rest.
Movement & strength Build or rebuild capacity with joint-friendly options and progressions that fit your current season.
Stress & nervous system Practice breath, body-based, and mindset tools to shift out of constant “on alert.”
Relationships & boundaries Clarify what you need, practice saying it, and cultivate supportive connections.
Resilient routines Design weekly rhythms that make healthy choices easier, even during busy or unpredictable seasons.

I do not diagnose, treat, or replace your medical team. Coaching is for education, habit support, and partnered problem-solving.
